We are now recruiting a Copywriter to join Klättermusen.

Klättermusen is looking for a Copywriter to join our Creative Team in Stockholm. You’ll report to the Creative Lead and help shape a progressive tone of voice rooted in technical craft, outdoor culture, and our premium position in the market. This role mixes storytelling with commercial clarity. You’ll work at a high level of product communication, positioning and describing our products through fabrics, features, construction, and testing methodology, and translating that thinking into clear, compelling copy across every channel we operate in: e-commerce, social, CRM, paid media, retail, and wholesale. About the role:
You’ll concept and write stories that bring our product innovations and seasonal collections to life. From product descriptions and sharp headlines to long-form narratives, from scripts to social posts, you’ll find the right words and push ideas forward with confidence. You’ll work closely with the creative, commercial, and marketing teams, contributing to campaigns from early strategy through to final execution. You’ll help build messaging frameworks, shape campaign language, and make sure our tone of voice stays consistent, intelligent, and credible across every touchpoint. Most of all, you’ll be part of building a creative culture that’s curious, progressive, and grounded in craft.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and develop Klättermusen’s tone of voice
- Write and develop creative concepts, narratives, and key messaging for seasonal campaigns
- Position and describe products through features, fabrics, construction, and performance benefits
- Craft scripts, campaign headlines, body copy, and channel-specific content including web, social, newsletters, and paid media
- Take part in integrated campaign development across digital, retail, and wholesale
- Support the Creative Lead in defining, evolving, and protecting the brand voice
- Contribute to messaging matrices aligned with communication architecture
- Ensure consistency and clarity across web, CRM, paid media, social, POS, and print
- Research cultural shifts, outdoor trends, and competitor communication to keep our voice relevant and progressive
- Edit and proof copy across departments, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Collaborate closely with designers, producers, and marketers to bring ideas to life
- Write SEO-informed copy for web and landing pages where relevant
- Manage your own deadlines and support the team in meeting theirs
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
- 2–6 years experience as a copywriter within technical outdoor, sports, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer brands (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and excellent craft in both long-form and short-form copy
- Experience writing for digital-first channels and social platforms at a high level
- A deep understanding of how premium technical outdoor products are communicated
- Confident storytelling skills across film, static, and social-first formats
- A strategic mindset and comfort working with briefs, comms architecture, and brand frameworks
- Excellent English writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work fast, cross-functionally, and across multiple workstreams
- A proactive approach with strong prioritisation and time management skills
- A collaborative attitude and genuine interest in contributing to a creative team culture
- Awareness of digital trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven language tools, without losing your human voice
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO and content optimisation
- Familiarity with CRM, e-commerce UX writing, and retail copy
- Experience writing for international audiences
- Interest in photography, gear, or outdoor culture
